Day 1
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with blackberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Red bean chili with grass-fed ground beef garnished with cilantro; steamed broccoli with olive oil or homemade vinaigrette; green tea
Dinner: Blackened wild salmon (make extra for lunch tomorrow); Brussels sprout sauté; dark chocolate cluster; white tea


Day 2
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with raspberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Everyday salad with homemade vinaigrette topped with leftover blackened salmon; green tea
Dinner: Thai Curry with tempeh and mixed vegetables; cauliflower couscous; tangerine; ginger tea


Day 3
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with blackberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Chicken or duck liver paté served with cucumber rounds; roasted beet salad on a bed of arugula; green tea
Dinner: Manhattan clam chowder; beet greens sautéed with ginger, garlic, and tamari; dark chocolate cluster; rooibos tea


Day 4
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with blueberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Wild salmon cakes with pickled ginger; salad watercress dressed with olive oil and lemon juice; kimchi; green tea
Dinner: Braised chicken legs with lemon and olives; sauerkraut; Mandarin orange; ginger tea


Day 5
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with blackberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Miso soup with sablefish, scallions, mushrooms, and seaweed; celery sticks with almond butter; green tea
Dinner: Roasted chicken or duck (save some for lunch tomorrow); cauliflower with walnut pesto; baby dandelion greens tossed with olive oil and lemon juice; dark chocolate cluster; white tea

Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with strawberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Artichoke olive tapenade with cucumber rounds; everyday salad with homemade vinaigrette topped with leftover chicken or duck; green tea
Dinner: Mussels with coconut broth (made with coconut milk, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, cilantro, fish sauce); salad of thinly sliced radish, celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion tossed with walnuts and homemade vinaigrette; clementine; rooibos tea
 
Day 7
Breakfast: Morning detox smoothie with blackberries (dairy-free variation); green tea
Lunch: Moroccan lamb sliders on a bed of salad greens; medicinal mushroom soup; green tea
Dinner: Seafood Stew; kale with anchovies, lemon, and garlic; dark chocolate cluster; white tea
