* The purpose of the introductory phone visit is for prospective patients to get to know Dr. Cimperman as a practitioner prior to scheduling an initial consultation. The purpose of the initial consultation is for Dr. Cimperman to get to know new patients and to make recommendations for optimal health.
Phone Consultations
For new patients
Initial phone consultation, 60 to 90 minutes, $200
For established patients
Follow-up phone consultation, less than 20 minutes, $50
Follow-up phone consultation, 20 to 45 minutes, $100
Reservations for phone consultations are confirmed once a check or money order is received prior to the scheduled appointment.
Home Visits
For new patients
Initial consultation, 60 to 90 minutes, $250
For established patients
Follow-up visits, 30 to 45 minutes, $150
Fees for home visits accommodate travel time and expense. The above schedule applies to home visits in Manhattan. Patients who live outside of Manhattan should call 646-234-2918 for information on the possibility of home visits in their area. Additional expense may apply, relative to distance traveled.
Payment
We strive to provide you with the best service possible. In order to do so, we must collect fees at the time of service. We are unable to accept insurance, credit, or debit card payment at this time, but local checks, money orders and cash are gladly accepted.
In the event that you must cancel or change your appointment, please provide us with 48 hours notice. Please be aware that there is a $50 cancellation fee for missed appointments or those canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
